Registered Physiotherapist and Founder of Total Motion for Kids (Bachelor of Science with honors in Physiotherapy, Manchester Metropolitan University, UK)
Natalie began her career in the field of paediatrics in 2016 whilst working for the National Health Service (NHS) in the UK. During this time, she provided community physiotherapy services to children and young people (0-18 years) presenting with musculoskeletal conditions and neurological disorders and delays. Natalie's passion in this rewarding field has continued to grow over the years and ultimately brought her to sunny Australia in December 2019 where she began working for a world-renowned Paediatric Therapy Centre. These combined experiences led her to start Total Motion for Kids so that she could provide high quality physiotherapy interventions and services to children and their families living with a neurological condition and/or developmental delay in environments that are more developmentally meaningful and convenient to them.
Natalie has completed a number of additional courses over the years to support her learning and development as a physiotherapist and mentor. Some of these include:
- Dynamic Movement Intervention: Introductory A, B and C, Intermediate A
- Postural Care Awareness Level 2
- Specialist Equipment Training
- Foundations in Aquatic Therapy
- Kinesio Taping - KT1 & KT2
- APPI Foundation Course – Mat 1
- Professional Supervision
Natalie is a Member of the Australian Physiotherapy Association (APA) and the National Paediatric Physiotherapy Group.
